What are the steps to declare business income in France?

You helped me to register an auto-entrepreneur business here in France on 15 November 2015. I create software for the Good Food Industry. Connect catering suppliers to their customers over the Internet and provide websites and remote ordering for them - I now need to declare income. I seem to have got a potential fine of 49 euros. I’ve registered with net-enterprises but can’t see where to file my income.
