What are the benefits when registering with ARAPL?

My tax account suggested me to signup at www.arapl.org as joining there would grant me significant tax reliefs / deductions (if I understood correctly). I wasn’t able to find anything on the forum here regarding Arapl. Maybe you can shed some light on this?
