What are social charges for a part time position commission only job as an auto-entrpreneur?

I have my own business and have been offered a part-time position to work for company in an unrelated field doing sales (phone, internet and attending sales events 1-2 times a year) approximately 5 hours a week. Salary would be commission only at a rate of 15%. Can you please confirm that my social charges would represent 22.5% of your turnover.
