URSSAF email scam?

I received an email this morning purporting to be from URSSAF. The email said I had received an attestation which was important and concerned the gestion de votre compte URSSAF. It told me to click on a link within the email, which I didn’t do and visit the page headed echanges avec mon URSSAF, sous rubrique mes attestations.

I visited the URSSAF site independently, not via the email link and visited the page mes achanges avec URSSAF and there appeared to be no mention of attestations. Is the email a scam?
