UK Ltd company and autoentrepreneur

I am hoping to move and become resident in France over the next several months. I am currently a director of a UK Ltd company (IT technology/research) which at the moment has one client only. When I move to France I am hoping to set myself up as an auto-entrepreneur. I was hoping to carry out the work for the UK Ltd company partly from France (for which I will invoice the UK Ltd company from my auto-entrepreneur business) and partly from the UK (where I will receive a salary and pay all the relevant UK taxes).

At the same time I will also have one or more further clients here as an auto-entrepreneur running a similar business (IT consultancy) and also hope to run a secondary business as a gite. My total earnings in France as an auto-entrepreneur will be below the 70,000 EUR threshold and my estimate of total earnings will be around 70% from the UK Ltd company and 30% from the other clients in the auto-entrepreneur business.

My question is - is this structure acceptable for the French tax authorities or would they consider the fact that majority of my income is derived from one entity (my UK Ltd company) as technically being employed for tax purposes and hence have to pay employers social charges in addition to my salary from my UK Ltd company into the French tax system? Thank you.
