UK Limited company requirement for legal entity in France?

I have a UK Limited company which is registered as ‘tour operator activities’ in the UK. The company has contracts with private owners to market and find guests to stay in their French properties locations meublés. The company also contracts in (from other France-based individuals and companies) guest services such as airport transfers, catering, ski lessons, walking guides, etc.

Can you please tell me how and if the business should be registered legally in France. The business pays UK corporation tax annually. The business takes income in Sterling (GBP) and in Euros. I am the director of the UK company but I live in France permanently and am micro-entrepreneur (I invoice the company and declare this income in France, and I invoice other third-parties too for related marketing work).
Thank you!
