UK civil partnership and PACS

We have a civil partnership from the UK and although we both work in our Auto-Entrepreneur and are recognised and registered as such by our local Chamber de Commerce only I am recognised by RSI. I understood that the law was changing this year so that France would recognise the UK civil partnership and so no need to have a PACS. Has anyone any information on this as my partners Carte Vitale covered from the UK runs out in Jan 2010 and as we are both contributing to the business 50/50 feel we should both be covered by RSI.
