Tva registration for micro entrepreneur

My business started in November last year with zero turnover until 2018. I am going to exceed the TVA threshold I think in the next month or so.
- Do I receive the higher allowance of 35000 approx as this is now my second year before I have to be registered?
- If I need to register can I still issue factures to my customers as long as I add TVA or do I need to wait for the TVA number from impots.
- Also are there any further complications with becoming TVA registered part way through the year?
