Temporary employees using chèque emploi service universel?

We rent out a number of gites seasonally and this year have decied we need help with the cleaning on change over days. We currently declare our earings as a Micro-bic and as such believe the simplest and quickest way (our season starts in just 4 weeks) to temporarily employ extra cleaners would be to pay them via Chèque emploi service universel. Are we right in assuming this?

Also, if for example we had to pay approx 1000 Euro to our cleaners for the season, would we pay much more than this on top for extra social charges etc., it’s just that we have had a look at the Cesu website and couldn’t understand the calculater.
