Tax Implications on moving to France?

I moved to France July 27th. I have a U.S. business that is finally receiving money from work I did in 2009. My company received around 40,000 euros this year of that I have paid myself 30,000 euros to date. I estimate another 30,000 euros by January 1 2015. I have not been able to set up what I believe is the best structure for my business, entreprise individuelle regime reel simplifié as this will take time.

  1. What are my tax obligations on the 30,000 euros to 40,000 euros prior to living here?
  2. Would my tax obligations be on the 30,000 euros I paid myself or the 40,000 euros my company earned?
  3. If it takes 2 months for me to get my long sejour and another to get my entreprise individuelle set up, how will I be taxed on the money I earned during the limbo period, prior to having an long sejour or entreprise individuelle?
  4. Depending on your answer to number 1, could I have a auto or micro entrepreneur with the 34,000 euros limit for this year?
  5. If I become an employee of a French company (completely different business) in September how will that affect my auto or micro entrepreneur and / or my entreprise individuelle limit / status?
