Supplementing an auto-entrepreneur income with online work

During the spring and summer, running a chambre d’hotes and tour guides etc keeps me busy but I’m looking to supplement my income during the winter months working online, either teaching or market research jobs. The companies that offer this type of work usually leave the tax situation up to the participant. Kind of a contract work / gig economy setup.

Is it possible to add this type of activity with a business code to the existing auto-entrepreneur business or would it have to be setup as a completely separate line of income?

Thank you.
