Start a full time job and keep my auto-entrepreneur business?

I registered an auto-entrepreneur business in France in June and at that time I had no other job, so it was my primary activity. Now I have been hired on a full time contract but I would like to keep my business activity on the side as sometimes I still want to work on some small projects to get some extra cash.

How can I change my status in the system? I went to Modification on the website but it is not giving me an option which looks related to whether the activity is full-time or part-time.
Is there some formal procedure I need to follow with my employer so my activity is OK with them? I asked the person who is my supervisor and he said it is fine for him, but I wonder if I should also inform Human Resources in writing or follow another procedure?
