I am an EU citizen currently living in France and I work as a freelance consultant. If I will not declare my earnings in France in case I work with non-French company on a subcontractor basis and I am not registered as an auto-entrepreneur. Do I have a right to apply for medical insurance in France? What should I write in my yearly tax declaration here in France? If I understand correctly I still need to pay some social taxes in France as I live here permanently.
