Social charges as an agent commercial EIRL micro fiscal?

I have tried to setup business using the auto-entrepreneur site but it was refused as you said it may be. They advise I need to go to the Greffe. If I setup at the greff as EIRL under the micro fiscal rules, what % social charges etc will be due? Also, as an EIRL micro fiscal would I need to produce documentation just like an EURL, i.e. annual accounts and would therefore need to pay an accountant realistically.
