Should my husband change to a reel simplifie business?

  1. In France I run a micro-entrepreneur business cleaning private homes and gites. My husband is conjoint collaborateur within this business. My husband is soon to set up a mobile catering van. This will then be his only activity. How do I cancel my husband being a conjoint collaborateur within my activity?
  2. Should he start a reel simplifie business here in France and if so how does he do so?
  3. I will be helping him with his new venture and hope to shut down my cleaning venture before the Summer to help him full time. Would I therefore become an auto-entrepreneur within his business?
  4. Can I shutdown my business in France at any time? Also how do I do this?
