Should I tick no social security number, my temporary number is rejected?

I am in the process of completing the auto-entrepreneur application on line. I tried to fill in the social security numbers with the temporary numbers my husband and I have got from CPAM but the web form says that my date of birth does not match the number. I have no idea why this is, as CPAM had my birth certificate. I am thinking of ticking the no social security number box, what do you advise? Also, I presume to add my husband I put him as a cojoint on the beneficiare section?
