Should I set up a SASU or EURL business in France?

Thanks a lot for answering my questions in December regarding my Move from auto-entrepreneur to entreprise individuelle or SASU, very interesting indeed.

I have met with the accountant again and he recommended that I should consider to establish either a SASU (société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle) or an EURL (entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée) business in France, whereas last time we only talked about SASU instead of Entreprise Individuelle. Also, my husband (who is salaried right now) might join me in the new structure (as an associate) in case he needs one day a structure to work as an independent IT consultant.

I have already read quite a few documents/websites on the difference between SASU and EURL, and the accountant has explained me the main differences, but I have a really hard time to decide which one would be better for me. For a small business in France like mine (doing translations) with little expenses and a monthly net income of maybe not more than 3,000 to 5,000 euro, would you have a recommendation which one to chose? Or does it not really matter if I don’t have specific needs/ideas such being paid in dividends or having social security like an employee?
