Should I register a museum and cafe business in France at the same time?

I’m in the process of finalising the museum business I want to open in France. As I’ve spoken to you about before, I’d also like to open a cafe on the same French premises. However, the cafe won’t be open for a few months yet.

Should I register now as a museum business and cafe business, open the museum straight away (which is ready to go) and keep to my opening of the cafe in a few months?
Or should I register as just a museum then add the cafe as a business activity on the auto-entrepreneur later on when it’s open?
