Should I keep open my SARL for a new activity?

I have just sold the fonds de commerce for a campsite/holiday business, but will still have the SARL shell. We are planning on buying a building with four appartments in it and also two shops to rent on the ground floor. I would like to use the existing SARL. However, the buyers of our fonds de commerce have stipulated that we must change the name of the SARL, also it would be a change of department for the siege and also a change of gerant from my husband to myself. With all these changes is it still worth using the exisiting SARL?

I am also registered as auto-entrepreneur as a personal coach/counsellor. Once the appartment rental is started then that would be my main activity, do I make social contributions for both activities or just the main? I have a good accountant, but just would like a second opinion.
