Should I apply for ACCRE?

We have just set up an SAS, no salary, just end of year dividends. I have been registered unemployed with Pole Emploi since 2014. My wife has just quit the auto entrepreneur to be part of the SAS. We have in the last year received RSA funding and child benefit.

I see it provides exemption from social security. Given that we will not be paying any is it worth registering. Or does it provide exemption from social security paid out on the end of year dividend?
