Should I be getting bills from RSI and CIPAV?

My husband is a microentreprise (profession liberale). He recalls getting bills from RAM, RSI, URSAFF and CIPAV. Now, he’s only been getting bills from RSI and URSAFF. We are trying to understand if any of these entities have merged since he started (about 10 years ago) or if there is the possibility that someone has lost track of him and we’re going to end up with a huge bill. Can you help understand this mystery?
