RSI numbers and Carte Vitale issues
I have been in business for 6 months and am still having issues with getting a carte vitale.
First of all USSRAF, RSI and RSI-Mutuelles su Soleil all seem to have different names for the same number. Are RNIAM, INSEE, NIP and NNI the same thing?
I had to provide Mutuelles du Soleil with copies and translations of my birth certificate and passport. In August they sent me an attestation de carte d’assuré social. This seems to be equivalent to a carte vitale for the doctor and pharmacy and valid for 6 months.
For top up insurance I need an attestation de couverture sante which I don’t yet have.
Now both RSI and Mutuelles du Soleil are asking for copies of birth certificate and passport all over again. Curiously now they are quoting a different RNIAM, INSEE, NIP. The first one had 6 zeroes in it the new one is totally different.
Can you explain what is going on and why RSI has given me a new number which doesn’t seem to be associated with the previous one?
