RSI cover for spouse not requested?

I am newly registered auto-entrepreneur as commercant business here in France. My other half has been auto-entrepreneur as handy man for several years. He is with RSI / RAM as am I. I have just received a form from RSI asking me to complete it for him, saying he has no health cover and no affiliation to one.
- I am assuming they are suggesting that he comes under my health cover?
- Can I just send a letter saying he is an auto-entrepreneur and with RSI already?
- Also there was no mention of my daughter who I asked them to take on… not him. Should I get them to clarify this?
