Restrictions on converting a SARL business to a SAS business in France?

Are there any restrictions on converting a société à responsabilité limitée (SARL) to a société par actions simplifiée SAS business in France? I incorporated a SARL in November 2012 and would now like to change it to a SAS to take advantage of the fact that the the directors of a SAS do not have régime social des indépendants (RSI) payments.
