Register a trade marque with INPI?

With reference to your final reply in this question:

I will speak with Chambre de Commerce et de l’Industrie (CCI) in Caen on Monday to check about setting up an entreprise individuelle while not being a resident. An entreprise individuelle is registered under your name, but you can still have a trade mark or trading name nom commercial. You would need to indicate this name when you register the business. You can also register the trade marque with INPI ici marque.
