Refund form for CIPAV payments?

Further to my recent post, CIPAV payments as micro-entrepreneur, I have now contacted CIPAV to confirm the error on my account, i.e. not being registered as an auto-entrepreneur, and to request a refund for cotisations already incorrectly paid.

I have been asked to send them an attestation from URSSAF confirming my auto-entrepreneur status, but all I have on record is the certificat d’Inscription from INSEE. Do you happen to know if such an attestation exists or if the INSEE form should suffice?
