Receiving chomage but want to start up a business

I am currently receiving chomage (for the past month, and it is unlikely that I will find employment here with my limited French language skills. If I wanted to start up as an auto-entrepreneur, could I get any help or continue to receive chomage for so many months whilst the business is being started? I also receive RSA as I was in receipt of the old API.
