Rate of RSI for gites, camping and meals

Can you advise me the correct rate for RSI declarations for gites (without official ratings) caravan and camping (on a small touring site of 5 pitches) and for supply of meals to guests on site. I have been given conflicting information and want to make sure I am doing it right. I know that others have discussed similar questions but I am still unclear as to what is correct.
