Does it make any difference to the speed of processing your file and the issuing of your Carte Vitale from RSI whether you use the online form or you send it by post? Having trawled the internet, I see that some people have experienced considerable delays in obtaining their Carte Vitale. In my own case, I am already covered by CPAM and my husband is my ayant-droit.
