I tried to register my wife with La RAM and the following came back along with the documents we submitted:

Au vue de la loi PUMA, nous ne pouvons pas proceder au rattachement de votre epouse du fait qu’elle vient d’arriver en France et qu’elle n’a jamais ete immatriculee en france. Par consequent, now l’invitons a se rapprocher de la Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie pour une eventuelle prise en charge.

Am I correct in thinking that I don’t need to worry about the registration as I am registered as an auto-entrepreneur business here in France and because she has a Titre de Sejour she will be covered anyway?
