Providing gift packs etcetera in gites for clients at no cost?

I am in the process of starting a gite maintenance business as per my previous question. A couple of potential clients have asked about putting a gift pack in for tourists when they arrive. Wine, bread, cheese etc. I do not want to be adding those to my costs as I know I can’t claim expenses. Is there a way that clients can pay me in advance to purchase these products for them? Another example might be if there was a water leak for instance and I had to hire a de humidifier, I don’t want to be paying cotisations on something like that.
