Professions liberales social charges - regime reel simplifie?

Last year you mentioned that business social charges for profressions liberales under the business regime reel in France were 36%. However, I’ve been using this tool to do some calculations and I seem to be getting a different figure. When I input the following numbers I get social charges at 10,311 euros:

Chiffre d’affaires 39,000 euros
Frais généraux hors rémunération 1,500 euros
Catégorie d’activité: prof liberale a la CIPAV

With a net profit of 37,500 euros. 10,311 euros works out as around 28% of this (not 36%). Have I misunderstood the calculation of social charges or has the figure changed?
