Process to create a SARL?

Further to my previous question, we are going to go ahead and create a SARL a famille. Could you please advise exactly how to do this, what the costs are and how long this will take? I don’t want the accountant/notaire charging me for something if I can do it myself (with the help of the Chambre de Metiers, for example). Thanks. Also , I read on your site that there may be an exoneration for social charges next year - if we have a SARL a famille with my husband and I as majority shareholders, would we still be eligible for this exoneration?
