PRO BTP correspondence
Bit unsure on this one.
In January my husband received a letter from PRO BTP - from my understanding and a bit of google research, it appeared to be cover for any employees my husband may employ - which he doesn’t as he is only a part time handyman. As I left this to deal with other paperwork, we recieved another mailing a few weeks later saying he was now signed up and enclosing certificates d’adhesion along with a form obviously to list employees on!
Again i was more concerned with a finance publique form which I completed this morning, thanks to your reply.
Then the post arrived today with 3 letters all from PRO BTP:
- One letter like the one recently received asking for employee information
- One letter which is like an annual return for 2017
- One single page letter stating the return can be done online.
What are we supposed to complete to let them know he is a sole person - if I complete the return with all zeros as he didn’t start working until last month, will they keep sending them and does the return just want “salaried” money on so it will never apply.
