Payments on behalf of a customer using Note de Debours?

Has anyone used the accounting method called Note de Debours to pay for items on behalf of the client. I understand that this allows you to pay for items directly from a supplier on behalf of your customer without it being part of your turnover? Anyone who has used this please share your experience.
