Paying taxes as an auto-entrepreneur in France

If I work as an auto-entrepreneur consultant for a school and they pay me monthly, I declare this every trimester and the tax amount is deducted immediately from my back account.

1) The school pays a tax/ social charges (same thing?) for employing me
2) I pay tax every three months
3) Do I have to pay AGAIN yearly for impot?
4) is this right? Should my earned amount be taxed 3 times? Or am I misunderstanding the process?
