Partners details not added onto auto-entrepreneur health cover

I went to La-Ram today with my documents to register my doctor, and was told although I was in the system there was no sign of my wife’s registration.
I am sure I gave you her details when you registered me as a micro entrepreneur.
I have an attestation for me alone ant to date I have not received my carte vitale.
Can you tell me how I go about getting her registered.
