New Social charges change for auto-entrepreneurs

After the governments decision to double the turnover for auto-entrepreneurs, I have decided that I may wait another year before I make the change to reel simplifie. Among some of the French articles I’ve read about the changes, I think I saw something about social charges being lowered, do you know if this is actually the case?
I am trying to work out my expenses, and as the cotisations are my biggest expense, if these were lowered it would make my decision much easier.
