A friend of mine has brought to my attention an article reporting that as of January 1, 2013: une nouvelle mention devra figurer dans vos factures et dans vos conditions générales de vente : l’indemnité forfaitaire pour frais de recouvrement due au créancier en cas de retard de paiement for an amount of 40 euros. Does this mean that we should now be putting this 40 euros clause on all our invoices?
