Minimum cotisation levels?

I am trying to establish what the minimum cotisation levels are for the different types of business regimes. Could you advise me or direct me to a website that will have the information? Obviously auto-entrepreneur amounts are driven by the amount of turnover, but I think that under Micro Enterprise, Regime Réel and EURL there is a minimum amount payable. Also, if there is a clear example of how the tax and cotisations are calculated on estimated income in the initial three years I’d be grateful.
