Micro-social regime applied to a couple running a pet grooming salon in France?

  1. Can a couple work together in a pet grooming business in France and benefit (both of them) of the micro social regime provisions? If not, could they both become sole traders and work together under a micro social regime?
  2. Can all business types avoid to register for TVA if they respect the micro social regime thresholds?
  3. I understand that one can benefit of the micro social regime for commercial ventures up to 80,000 euro. This threshold should include the category: services to be consumed on the premises. Providing I understand/interpret the norm correctly, would grooming for cats and dogs fall within the mentioned threshold/category (80,000 euro)?
  4. You write that, as for services, social and fiscal charges represent 23% of one’s turnover. Is 23% a fixed, invariable amount set for the micro social regime? Would it be possible to quantify separately social and fiscal charges?
  5. Could a grooming salon be run from a rented home with no time limits? With what specific obligations?
  6. I would like to receive a confirmation that this set of information is correct.
