Medical and health cover cover for the auto-entrepreneur?

Before I had an auto-entrepreneur I was covered for my medical by CMU. Now I have an auto-entrepreneur (June 2009) I am told my medical is covered by RAM but I still had to fill in and send back to them CMU forms. I completed the forms in December, I now do not know how I am covered, I had a letter to say myself and my children are now with RAM. However my wife does not seem to be covered and has received a facture from the tresorerie for an appointment at the hospital in November. I have contacted the Assurance Maladie English helpline whom tell me they can not help me to contact the RSI.
