Letter from Greffe du Tribunal asking for money

We have received an unexpected letter from the Greffe concerning our SCI demanding money about “demande de production du document relatif au beneficiary effectif” (L561-46, R561-55) The letter looks authentic but I am concerned it maybe a scam. Assuming it is not, can you help me understand what it is about and what to do about it. Happy to email it to you.
