Legal options for paying a French person to clean the home of a UK resident?

One of our clients (we run a property management business under the auto-entrepreneur scheme in France) wishes to employ legally a French person to clean their house from time to time. They are a UK resident. I know that a French taxpayer can pay for these services under the Cheque Emploi, but I understand this would not apply to a UK resident (non-taxpayer in France). Are there any other options if the French person does not have their own business?
