Is there a different form for CCI if business was registered this year?
I started a gite business in France in February 2015 as an auto-entrepreneur. I recently completed the form (R CMB) to register with the Chamber of Commerce and took it into the CCI offices in Marmande. They looked at my form, pointed to when the business was created (Feb 2015) and then proceeded to give me different forms to fill in (P0 CMB, along with others).
They also asked for 60 euros when I returned the forms. I thought it was free to register with the Chamber of Commerce? The member of staff spoke so quickly I really couldn’t understand much of what she was saying, but the conclusion I came to was there was a different form to complete as my business started this year and not 2014. Can you clarify this please?
I have completed most of this form now but I am stuck on Section 15 (Declaration Sociale). Do I need to fill this section in as I have been covered by RSI (mtns) through my carte vitale since operating as an auto-entrepreneur? Also, one of the other forms she gave me was Declaration de non condamnation asking for my parents’ names. Does the section demeurant refer to my parents’ or myself?
