I am setting up an online business selling a domestic electrical product in France and am currently working on the terms and conditions. Is there an equivalent of the Consumer Act in France as per the following?
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 / Returns Since 31 October 2000 UK consumers now have the right to cancel their order within a cooling off period. This cooling off period is for 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
