Is it URSAFF that adds a second activity to an auto-entrepreneur business?

My partner is a registered auto-entrepreneur as hommes toutes main. He wishes to keep this as his main activity and add a secondary activity of selling on the internet. I have read a few posts about attempting this online but it seems complicated. I think we will approach URSAFF direct - is that who deals with the admin for this? Do you think there are any issues that may arise from him doing this or should it be ok?
