Is it possible to re apply for ACCRE in France?

I applied for l’aide au chômeur créant ou reprenant une entreprise (ACCRE) as an auto-entrepreneur, however four months ago my auto-entrepreneur business was closed due to inactivity and no income over a two year period. I was on maternity leave for most of that time however and was just about to start up again when I realised that my auto-entrepreneur had been closed. So I am going through the process again and re-registering a business in France but I would like to know if it is possible to apply also for ACCRE?
