Investor possibility for french business

Good morning Valerie
With my working concept of the events bar I have recently had a meeting with a potential investor.
The investor already owns a restaurant with a licence 4, If we wanted to run my pop up events bar would it be registered as an extension of the current bar therefore be an extension of their licence when used for events.
Is this the correct line of thought?
