I’m from Croatia, how do I register as an auto-entrepreneur?

As you know Croatia joined the EU on July 1 2013 but when I tried to register as an auto-entrepreneur, I didn’t see it in the list of countries under Nationalité. If I choose Autre I get some kind of extra form, it asks me for Titre de sejour which I don’t have as I don’t need it because I’m a citizen of a an EU country.
